It's not that man I've doing p4p in the states for years and never had any symptoms like what I had in Japan. I was convinced I had the big one , even tho the only unprotected was oral and daty (yes I know very hard to catch in either ) . But when the call came in and was told no , the anxiety stress and mind tricks is definitely real .

For those of you who are interested there is an STD clinic in Yokohama called PairLife Clinic. They specialize in STDs, standard course with expedited service is about ¥30000. You get your results in 90 minutes and if you're positive they give you treatment. In and out is about 30 minutes, anonymously. Nice staff, It's in a building called Bright building on the 4th floor, across the street from a family mart.

It can happen, if you're gonna get super stressed about it and stress yourself out then it's not worth doing. But these girls have a lot more to lose if they catch something too, so they keep on top of their testing, otherwise they are out of a job for a while while getting treated

Probably never going to happen given how Japanese customers are (especially at HE soaps), but she's asking them to go get regular STD checks if they're gonna go to fuuzoku.

It was a bit of a nothingburger in my case, as I only tested positive for gardnerella, which doesn't do anything to men and is often contracted naturally by women. Most likely I am just having some stress-related prostate issues.

After getting these results, I told my recent partners to get tested, and they did… and one of them tested positive for gonorrhea 🤦‍♂️

Hopefully not the antibiotic resistant kind.

I tend to want to do all things with proper preparation, and taking whatever measures necessary to avoid risk.

I've done p4p a few times abroad, and three times in Japan, and every time it was fairly simple - just everything covered.

I plan to meet with some newhalf providers occasionally in the coming months/years, and as the risk is greater in their niche, I plan to be more protected.

I believe BBBJ (giving and receiving) and CAF (giving only) will be the extent of my play, which in itself is very low risk. However, I have a family and a lot to live for, so I'd rather reduce the risk of contracting the big one from "almost zero" to "zero".

With this in mind I'm ordering Prep online, which I'll take in the 2-1-1 on-demand dose. It may be overkill, but I think it's worth the 6000 yen to be completely protected.

Does anyone else take Prep before playing? What are your experiences?

I tried it out of curiosity (not taking it currently). I did not experience any significant chance in my physical condition. The pills were really big and literally hard to swallow though.
