You can walk into other customers on your way to a room or be seen from a tiny window as other customers walk out. As per Japanese customs, one of the men even stands outside the door when you leave thanking you, which is awkward if you are well known within the Japanese community. To answer your speculations, I am not, but wanted to provide these details for those who might value discretion highly. (Aroma Queen in Kayabacho which is a personal favorite, is very discreet with their customers. While they cannot control who comes and goes, from the moment you enter, etc. extremely discreet).
Mizora, looks exactly like her photos (not more weight or less than visible). She's probably around her early 40s. Thoroughly, polite but chatty. Get undressed, shower, ofuro, table, massage/BBBJ, shower, dressed, out the door. Be warned that those that do not prefer visible C-Section scars, should not visit her because her scar in predominantly visible as soon as she disrobes. On the "+" side, she offered me all the additionals herself, I didn't ask at all. If you are going to see her, make sure you speak basic Japanese.
*On a personal note, I prefer to talk to the women who provide the service, though in this case Mizora initiated conversation.
