There are a handful of Japanese agencies offering 'New-Half' services in Japan. Most of these places however, don't accept foreigners that I know of. There are a few that do advertise on Craigslist but I've only heard negative reports on most of them.
People seeking Shemales and similar types are still in the minority. Sorry that we don't have anything more to offer at this time.
