There used to be a very large liquor store - one block off Route 246 , and between the station and the Cerrulean hotel. It is not there any more. Does anyone know the name of the store? or where they may have reopened?
 
Yamaya? It’s behind the Dogenzaka police box now.

My guess is zero - that place is like a supermarket not a curated liquor store. There are places you can buy the older stuff if you are willing to pay up. Do you read Japanese?

They’ll have some here for sure at the Tokyo station location.

It’s impossible to buy Hibiki, Yamazaki, or Hakushu at list price unless you get lucky with a bottle of unaged stuff at a grocery store - which is totally random.
