First day in Japan was jet lagged and was up at 5am so went for a jog through Shinjuku Kabukicho area. One of the touts stopped me and asked if I wanted massage. Offered 18,000 for 1 hour full service. I wasn't in the mood but curious how low he would go. After 5 minutes of bartering he was offering 1 hour full service for 10,000 ($100 us).

So... if you are looking to get off for cheap... go early in the morning and have some fun.
