Review Narrative:
The ambience and hotel facility is nice. The rooms don’t have good soundproofing and some areas smell.

On the plus side, guest rooms can be reached relatively discreetly. I brought 5 girls upstairs from the front entrance or lobby without issue.

The beds are simple and creaky.

I would use again for esthe but not for DH. I ended up going to nearby love hotels when possible.

Thanks for the help, but man…stuff we could really use when you write it out:

1. Is there a chance for day use, or is this a book for night only hotel?
2. How did you get to your room with the girls? Did you sneak by? If so, it’s not a good idea to encourage others to break hotel policies.
3. What areas smell? I imagine the toilet has a smell, because all toilets do.

Hope you can provide some clarification.

It's a standard hotel so there isn't a short term day use option.

I met them in the lobby near the stairs, or entrance and brought them up the guest elevators. The reception desk is on B1 with the lobby in an L shaped room configuration so you're not directly in view of the hotel staff. There wasn't a policy declared although many locals and tourists stay. There were other people on my floor also P4P from the sound of it as I walked down the hallway. I would recommend just using the love hotels nearby.

3. What areas smell? I imagine the toilet has a smell, because all toilets do.
Inside the room and some areas of the hallway. Based on the weak soundproofing, I'm guessing the septic smell also isn't isolated that well between rooms. The smell seemed to be seeping in from the adjacent rooms.

There is a day use option, but it’s not cheap.

I remember staying here a long time ago, and the hotel didn’t have any problems with guests. In my case it was an outcall massage option. I waited for my provider in my room. Still, I would also recommend nearby love hotels for P4P.

Aside from the dated rooms (not sure if they renovated now), either the walls were too thin or the clientele was too loud. For 4 days there was always at least one room going full on JAV mode, and I had to stop myself from laughing while my prude parents obviously did not like it. I picked the hotel for location, but instead got fornication.

Nowadays I just AirBnB with friends for my trips to Korea or Japan - way more convenient.

Sounds more like a pro than a con, lol.
Something to help rub one out at night.

Also I have one particular client who always meets there so there is a chance you heard me, lol.

I remember staying here back in 1991. One of my first stays in Japan. Wasn’t into p4p back then so didn’t realize how close I was to the action. The only thing I remember was the room was tiny.
