SIM card rent

Does anyone recommend any certain SIM cards that you can rent for iPhone 6? I'm looking for something that offers unlimited data when I'm in Japan rather then renting a big pocket wifi lol thanks

I've never seen an unlimited data prepaid sim, not sure it even exists.

I'll be giving these guys a try in a few weeks. They'll throttle your speed if you download over a limit but the daily allowance seem reasonable unless you plan on watching Youtube on the go.

Not all of them are great with data but there are a few pretty good ones.
From what I've seen econnect (https://www.econnectjapan.com/products/sim/) seems to be one of the nicer looking ones with alright data sims.

There are multiple shops and kiosks offering data at the airports. I typically get the 1GB ones for shorter stays. I think they're like around ¥2500-3000 for data only?

No one rents SIM cards as you just throw them away after. Make sure your phone is unlocked btw, otherwise it won't work.

Imo a few GB LTE quota would suffice in Tokyo if your accommodation has wifi and if you don't mind walking around a bit to find wifi reception to minimize the LTE usage.
