This may be my first report useful to more people than usual, Ruricho accepts foreigners without Japanese skills.
After calling three of the upperclass Susukino soaplands and being refused everywhere (Sapporo Club, Touch VIP, Elle Cal) I feared this would be as difficult as Fukuwara. Fortunately the next three calls were successful, Geihinkan (mixed review in the japanese sphere), Zero and Ruricho. The attendant at the latter one was very friendly and even asked when I was planning to drop by and if I had a favourite girl. I was taken aback as I had just called to check if entering is possible, so I told him I'd call again on the next day. So I did, selected Hasegawa Riho as she would be the tallest girl on duty and her speciality was mattress. The usual exchange of formalities, a reminder to call the next day one hour before the appointment and shitsurei shimasu.
Regarding the price: Japanese customers pay 30.500 Yen for 110 minutes. Foreigners pay 40.500, but no extra 1.000 new customer fee and no 2.000 for Shimei. So it's 7.000 Yen extra for the first visit and 8.000 Yen extra from the second visit on.
Ruricho changed it's system just about a month ago and is now completely open towards foreigners, even if you don't speak Japanese. They have some explanatory sheets in English. The staff probably speaks some basic English (didn't ask), no idea about the girls. Riho has only very limited knowledge. Apparently business has been harsh in Susukino, both the mayor of Sapporo and the governor of Hokkaido are female and apparently not very fond of Fuzoku. Touting has been completely banned, I even saw cars with "touts only tell lies" driving around. I don't think politicians are very different from touts, but that is a different matter...
After getting off at Susukino station and exiting at exit 5 you'll see the Tokyu Rei hotel, the soapdistrict consists of the third and fourth street paralleling Tsukisamu Dori (where the tram runs) to the south. Ruricho is next to Sapporo club, you enter a small entrance, proceed to the elevator and end up at the fourth floor. The usual procedure, I was asked to take off my shoes and to pay the flower fee. After receiving a members card one of the attendants showed me to the waiting room consisting of three black benches. About ten minutes after the scheduled time and just as the episode of "Abarenbo Shogun" on TV got interesting Riho was ready and waiting behind the usual curtain. We proceeded to the fifth floor. The room was OK, not small but also not spacious. She has had a few foreign customers before, but none spoke Japanese so she was relieved and said that it's much more fun if communication is possible.
Her pictures match her body, the measurements fit and also her age does not differ from the number given on the homepage. She has a small behind, but a slender waist (although not muscular) and very nice, large and soft breasts which do not hang down. Her teeth have an overbite, but not bad, she has nice full lips and an overall beautiful and very innocent looking face. A girl like her would cost least 6.5 Man in Yoshiwara.
