We are starting up an amateur porn company in Chiba, close to Tokyo and are looking for reliable, male actors to help us.
Right now we consist of only a couple, both 28 years old. To start, we want to shoot a couple threesome videos with only oral and vaginal sex, in the future - when we have some people whom we like to work with - we would like to do some gangbang videos and anal as well.

Payment would be in the form of an equal share of any income derived from views where the video(s) will be seen.

Experience with threesomes is a big plus, age is of no concern but a good physique and appearance is. An above average 'length' is a plus as well.
In regards to privacy, face can be blurred and a mask could be worn during shooting.

People that are interested can send us a message with a picture of themselves. Eyes can be blurred so that privacy is respected.
People interested should also be open to travel to Baraki-Nakayama station to meet and possibly do a try-out shoot.

You are probably right. Since we can't guarantee any income, it is less a business decision than it is a chance for somebody to take part in threesomes, gangbangs on a regular basis. I would think there are at least a few decent people that would be interested in this.

Now, we are not starting this out of thin air: the last year we have had some succes within the camming industry. Nothing big but at least enough to believe we might be able to pull this off and get some money out of it...

I could be wrong here but, as far as I know, since their is no direct payment or contract, there is no real job, hence nobody needs working permission from the Japanese government. Legally, it is just some people having sex and making a video out of it.
It becomes a problem when it is distributed and sold on the Japanese market, of which we do nothing. We do not upload in Japan, we do not have a server in Japan and we do not sell in Japan. Taxwise, everything is also settled and model agreements are signed as well.
Male actors can wear something to hide their faces, so nobodies livelihoods are at risk.

We have been in contact with some official AV companies here in Japan who have helped us with the legalities of it. Even though, if we made a mistake, please educate us on the subject. It is definitely appreciated.

You seem like you've done some homework, but Carribean.com is following your same logic and both producers and actors/actresses still get arrested on occasion. Pornography produced in Japan has to follow Japanese law, regardless of the intended market and if they can prove it was shot here they go after them.

With the big difference that Carribbean has worked with lots and lots of Japanese porn actresses, which makes it difficult to believe there was no official payment agreed upon. They also advertise as showing Japanese AV uncensored. Which makes their situation very different from ours.

Can you send me a link in regards to the Japanese laws and porn produced in Japan? Because no other company has said anything about this, so I do wish to get to the bottom of it. As small as it is, what we're doing, we are keen on doing it right.

Fair enough. I shouldn't have jumped the gun and accused you. I have noticed that every 8 months or so, there is a person that shows up claiming he/she is starting up his own AV company here in Japan and every single one of these people ended up being full of shit.

I want you believe that you are the real thing. I read up on the messages above about why you don't want to work with Japanese women. I just don't understand why you want to make porn in Japan...without Japanese people?

Wouldn't it be easier just to make porn videos in your home country using foreigners only?
