Put an ad at Hello Work . Or decorate a bus roaming the streets of Shinjuku and Shibuya with a silly jingle like the Vanilla Vanilla whatever one , with a shrieking voice touting Fuzoku work. Just don’t drive that bus because sometimes it gives murderous intents to the passer bys.

You need to use ad services like Vanilla to recruit workers. You will likely need to have your registration to show that you are approved to recruit workers.

If you’re planning to run it “off the books” then it will be a struggle to move forward.

Why would someone want to start a delivery health? The only thing I can think of is when I was a little kid I always thought it would be great if I was the manager of a candy store or a donut shop. Then I could eat all I want! Yea! That just might be the level of thinking we are dealing with here. But I dont want to be too critical. 1) because hell maybe the guy really does have a viable plan. I bet a well run service could probably make some real money for someone who was prepared to deal with the crap involved. Me? No thanks! 2. I want to encourage all entreprenurial people. He might just have some good ideas. Like for example he could call his service Craft Delivery Health. I noticed that if you add the word "Craft " to something you can charge more for it. Or he could somehow make it Hawaiian. Hawaiian stuff always commands a premium here. Hawaiian pancakes are a big deal these days. I have no idea what might make a pancake Hawaiin or what makes anything Craft. No idea. So there is absolutely nothing stopping him from calling his shop, Hawaiian Craft Delivery Health. I am sure he will soon be lighting his cigars with 1 man notes.
Also Blockchain. Or Disruptive.
Hawaiian Craft Blockchain Disruptive DH.
He can IPO that within 3 months Im sure :)

this is a licensed dh. we have many of the usual places to advertise for employees. looking for something we may have not thought of. thanks for the advice so far. chris we did not consider recruiting agencies but that is a good suggestion and we will look into it.

Pretty much... either an ad on Host Love or in one of the main magazines that advertise this kind of work. We have worked with folks from this site before: http://adsch.net/list/?c=1

Do you need a designer as well? or just a developer? I've been programming websites for about 20 years or so now. Give me a PM.

If you take a look through the sites either put out by the DH firms themselves or ones published by specialized recruitment firms or related publications, while I’m not sure that all such firms provide these benefits they include assurances such as backstopped employer identities, stalker prevention measures which include using specialized law firms as well as car service, housing and even daycare(!), measures to prevent being outed to former colleagues, friends and family... and the like. Oh, and links to dedicated medical clinics for monthly STD testing. Lots of details about the interviewing and hiring process too...many indicate female interviewers and or trainers ( to reassure prospective candidates about fears like sleazy ‘casting couches’ or ‘auditions’).

As others have indicated, getting a legitimate corporation and licensed ( under national public safety commission?) is probably the biggest hurdle.

I’m not sure whether the licensing requirements are lesser but there seem to be 100% online DH sites ( often a mobile number instead of a landline is dead giveaway ) where they seem to have arrangements with other established DH to provide escorts in an otherwise similar fashion. Kinda like the equivalent of dropshipping businesses, I guess. Again, don’t know if what they’re doing is operating within the scope of the law but that’s for you to research.

Also, noticed some fuzoku firms have sites that have pitches not unlike those for luring in prospective franchisees. McDH... Bukkake King: Have It Your Way... MOS Burger: the opposite of shaven, not furred, and of course, Wendy’s.

thanks for a lot of info. this is a licensed business set up by our lawyer. we have also cleared it with the local tattooed boys.

I’m not sure how to go about it as a shop, and its pretty grey zone, but at least for girls i think scouts are a way better medium than websites like vanilla. Afaik, scouts really look what type of shop a certain girl fits and where she can earn the most, while Vanilla treats girls like they are a dime a dozen. Not a very helpful advice for shops though, sorry to go a bit off topic.
