The 3man-girls were just hotel (per their wish).
The first was a straight up disaster - didn't look like her pictures much, tried to hassle for extra money, rushed the sex and it was all together not fun.

Thanks for that and glad you’re having fun. I generally skip girls who are hotel only, even in the 3 or less range. In the spirit of community will post some of my experiences over the years once I have a chance. Yeah, if she didn't ask for compensation, that's actually a pretty good outcome.
Initially when I joined SD I made the mistake to go for straight-to-hotel offers, and skip the meet-and-greet as that seemed like a waste of time.
However the straight-to-hotel is risky as it's often the category where scammers and/or semi-pro girls hang out.
The meet-and-greet (顔合わせ) even though it takes time (and some money) is a good safety net for both involved.
For the guy, it's a good opportunity to check if the pictures match, and if the girl seems fun, and could have good chemistry with.
But it does go both ways, and it's possible the other party (even though compensated) may not be interested.

That's one thing I did notice about SB dates compared to independent escorts - SB dates are much closer to real dating (for good or bad).
With escorts, it's much more of a guaranteed service. But with SBs, it definitely reminded me how much pain in the ass real dating was. From waiting on replies for a long time, to being flakey and cancelling, to showing up late and so on.
