Thank you for your patience. The issue has been resolved to a reasonable extent.

The intake filter on the support desk system has a fairly strong filter on it that blocks junk messages. Just like regular email, the junk filter can sometimes catch innocent messages that should not have been filtered. The irony here is that some of the junk that should be filtered, manages to bypass the content controls.
