Lol. I just let some guy in front of me at the tills at my local supermarket. And he didn't even thank me the fucker!!

I've been sick lately so it felt like an extra kick in the nuts and I was quietly fuming while waiting for my turn but when I got to the till the guy at the till was like, you just let that guy in right? Sorry about that. It really made me laugh that he noticed AND apologised.

I don't care too much about the fashion ad....that's just one video. What I really don't get is why they changed their logo so drastically to something that bland.

Copy nothing ...proceed to use a simple font logo like everyone else. At this point it just looks generic as hell, could be anything.

I've said it before, but having experienced it again just recently, I will say it again.

Why is the sound quality so goddamn bad when calling deriheru? Ive called doctors, schools, hair salons, zero problems.

deliheru? I can make out maybe 4 words in 10.

Omg and here I thought I was the only one. Had to call a shop on my most recent trip and the connection sounded like I was trying to dial the moon or something with a whole bunch of interference.

I'm not 100% on this, but I know that often a few shops are run by one dispatcher. One reason the quality could be shit is that they are using virtual lines so that all the calls go to the same phone. When the staff pick up they see which number relates to which shop and they can dispatch girls based on that. They used to do a similar thing with tech support call centers.

That would make a ton of sense!

The one I was venting my frustrations about has like 10 sister stores. Would make sense they all route to the same call center. Especially because when the lady called the store directly while in the room with me, it was clear as day.
