The Yoshiwara Soapland Resource Thread

Hi, i am new here.. currently at tokyo, will be flying back in just 2 days later, been reading these comments and post and it actually been making me interested.. i am a gaijin thou.. found out these as a friend said he was interested and i did research. Wont be visiting this trip but may be for the next trip.. as i can see the min amount u need is about 77k yen for gaijin?.. also.. which is actually recommended for first timers?..@.@ in the age of mid twenties so.. also prefer to be near range though

You can have a happy time for less than half. Check for the cheapest ones on the list and then check for reviews on TAG.
Or just read the reviews if you are willing to pay 77k.

I did saw afew like pt royal and bl and stuffs though.. so its kinda wondering... well.. most likely have to check it up next year... need to do some savings too..@.@

My general recommendation is to try and see if you can find some cheaper shops that offer something acceptable before looking to the expensive ones. The service isn't usually better enough to justify the difference in price in my experience.

It all depends a bit on what you are after.

Yes research is fun but it takes time. And rosters can change quickly. I'm currently planning my next trip as well.

Things may change in that length of time, so keep checking back to see how things are before you next trip.

Just a little daily Japanese conversation ability really helps, everywhere.
I did find it hard to learn when I wasn't in Japan but I got tossed into the mix head first and immersion to learn for survival is surely motivational. ha!

Hope this is the right place to post this, since this is more of an update rather than a review.

Update 1
The owners/management of Dolce in Yoshiwara (http://www.yoshiwara-otome.com/top.html) have just opened a new sister shop called Shifuku no Toki (http://www.ol-soap.com/smp/top.html). While Dolce is JK-themed, Shifuku no Toki is OL-themed.

I had called up Dolce over the weekend to make a reservation for one girl, but the tencho told me that the girl was now at Shifuku no Toki. So, looks like most of the girls at Shifuku no Toki “graduated” from Dolce. Didn’t end up trying Shifuku no Toki yet, because the girl I was looking to reserve was not “shukkin” that day.

Update 2
Walked-in to Maid Master (http://maidsoap.jp/s/top/) of the apparently not-foreigner-friendly Honey Group at around 10:00. One guy was on the phone behind the counter, before another younger guy appeared. He told me that one girl was available at 10:30 who was not my type. Inquired about another girl whom the Smartheaven site (https://smart.cityheaven.net/tokyo/A1311/A131101/maidsoap/attend/) said was next available from 10:00, but the tencho said that she was just booked and only next available from 12:30. I said it was too late for me, and that I’ll come again another day. Generally polite exchange throughout.

Not sure if the polite exchange was because of my Asian looks or my fluent Japanese or Honey Group shops have suddenly become foreigner-friendly. Anyhow, an update for all.

Great update... I pretty much decided to skip JK style, in order to get FS at Dolce, which includes the cosplay... May make a similar decision with OL Stlye..
Thanks!

If Maid Master has become foreigner friendly, it's truly game over for my wallet...

Shifuku isn't new, it's been on the list since the beginning I think. I suspected they might allow gaijin since I heard Dolce was a sister shop.
For Maid Master they probably assumed you were native. Thanks for the info.

Hi soapy!
This evening I went to Dolce but the papasan told me that there weren't girls for foreigners in that moment so I moved to hanamonogatari but the same, not gals for gaijin working at the moment.
I thought go back home but I tried in cream lemon, they told gaijin dame for my surprise, I'm fluent in japanese so I couldn't understand why, and I said them that one collage went there and he was ok.
They asked me where I from, I told them my country, and then they called to the girls and asked them, one said ok. Here name is Misaki san, they showed me the picture and I accepted one hour 18k not gaijin tax. I waited for 10 minutes and then I met her at the stairs.
The picture has lot of photoshop, she isn't ugly but has a very very normal face, not my type. But I paid already so shoganai.
Service was ok but she is shy. Nothing special. So I won't repeat.

I can tell you that I was on my way to home, the papasan of buckingham stopped me I told him that I played already and I was going back home but he insisted me in watch the pictures and gave a card with his name for other time, very friendly soap but the girls are from 30 until 50 and there is 5k gaijin tax. So is gaijin friendly shop.

Cheers

Maid Master is foreigner friendly if you are east Asian... The site says it is foreign friendly depending on the girl.

If you go to the shop and mention this too to them after they reject you they told me no girls can handle foreign people's "equipment"..
From everything posted on this forum, east Asians with good Japanese have had no problem using the service

Just say the girl at the last soapland deemed your dick びっくりほど普通, if you can fight your bragging instincts.

Or girls could decide to take customers or not based on how many cm instead of race, lol.

If it's the old grumpy tencho who will do the measurements most guys would probably pass

Does anyone know about the rules of video recording/ photos at soaplands? I know that some escort services offer it as an added fee, but soaplands skirt the legal territory (leaning towards No on the response). Also, in anyone's experience, do the girls allow photos taken of them (if asked for permission, of course)?

It's likely going to be dependent on the girl - you'll have to ask. Do not take pictures or videos inside a shop without the tencho's explicit permission, and don't take any pictures of the girl without her permission.

Strong no in all forms of recording. Please don't ask for photos.
