My handler at Satin Doll spoke passable English so there were no communication problems, but after sitting me in the waiting room and offering me a drink, I was told there were no more girls available for the evening. They told me girls were still available at a sister club (wound up being Last Scene), so I picked a girl (Erisa 626) from the lineup cards they showed me. They had me pay at Satin Doll and then drove me over to Last Scene. Note that at Last Scene, no one I interacted with spoke any English.
Without getting into too many details, Erisa was just OK service. She was attractive but not really GFE. She couldn't speak any English so lack of communication made things pretty awkward.
I guess one of the takeaways from this is not to show up in the evening (this is discussed in this thread, so my fault). Mostly though, my anxiety about visiting a soapland was about being accepted as a customer and initial communications with the staff. There were no problems at Satin Doll and my handler was very courteous, so while obviously always YMMV, I thnk foreigners should feel pretty comfortable about going there.

Just spent a dozen days in Tokyo, and visited several soaplands. Since I used this site to plan my visits (many thanks to Soapysoap66 and all other posters, btw), I just wanted to share my experience.
Feel free to comment.
First thing I was worried about was being rejected at the clubs' door. I have one Asian parent (but most people tell me I look 100% caucasian) and I know a grand total of four Japanese words.
Actually, it went like a breeze. When I walked in the street, about half of the whiteshirts hailed at me. Some guys even kneeled in front of me at Satin Doll... The only club which rejected me was D-Collection, which I had targeted because it seemed like they specialized in big titted girls.
On the other hand, I saw an African-American being rejected, so be aware that it exists.
In a nutshell, I would recommend Darling Harbour and Pepper Mint, and had very so-so experience in Aile d'Ore and a bad one at Sweet Kiss. Had a good one at Satin Doll, but for the price (80 k), well, it’d better be a good experience.
At Darling Harbour, I chose Wakana the first time, and enjoyed her, so decided to go back to repeat with her. I can't find her on the website right now though, so maybe she just left. That would be too fucking bad. At 36k, it's also the cheapest soapland I found, and best price/value ratio.
Pepper Mint was another reasonably priced shop, with two good performers. This one (http://www.pepper-mint.jp/profile.php?girl_id=6068) who is a bit on the heavy side, but big boobs and good service, and one I cannot recognize. Would definitely go back.
Satin Doll was the highest priced ticket at 80k. The girl I got provided great service (named Yui on the website), but was a bit on the older side. I doubt very much she's 23 like listed on the site. Looked about 35, but since Asian people always look younger that their age, she might have been 40. She even gave me a business card with her name to make me come back for a repeat session
In Aile d'Ore, as I was walking by, they guy hailed me and asked me how much I was willing to pay. I said 60k, as I remembered the price written on this site was higher (80 k). The guy accepted immediately. Maybe I should have been more cautious. The girl I got was probably the sexiest girl I had during my stay (face + body), but her service was subpar.
Sweet Kiss was the first club I tried, as it seemed the most foreign-friendly, but was actually the worst. Couldn't choos my girl, was sent to another building down the street (dirty and humid room), got no mat play (which was one of the main reasons why I wanted to try soapland) and only CBJ from a not so pretty girl. Definitely not going back.
I would have like to try Landmark, if I had more time/money. Like Aile d'ore, the guy asked me what I was willing to pay when he saw I wasn't too enthusiastic.
The only bad thing is that very few of these girls seem to speak even basic English. Not sure why Japan, arguably the second most advanced coutry in the world, can't give its students even a basic command of English. Never had this problem with girls from less developped countries like China, Vietnam or Thailand. Go figure.
One last thing, if you book an hotel in Asakusa, you'll be able to both use the nearby metro and Express line for your "normal" activities, and walk to Yoshiwara in 10 minutes in a very safe and pleasant neighbourhood.

Despite my less-than-stellar experience at Satin Doll / Last Scene, I decided to visit Hishoshitsu and I'm really glad I did - and have no hesitation recommending it to foreigners. Staff were very welcoming and the two staff members they had work with me both spoke passable English, and they were very courteous. I'm not saying that the handlers at Satin Doll / Last Scene were not courteous, simply that the staff at Hishoshitsu were clearly much more interested in ensuring I had a good experience.
Unfortunately, the girl on the schedule i was interested in seeing was already busy and I didn't want to wait. I was shown cards for about a third of the girls listed on the schedule, so I don't think they held back at all (and given how many shoes there were lined up in the lobby when I arrived, it's not a stretch that all the others were in fact busy... this place seems popular). The handler showing me the cards recommended one girl (Anna on the website) in particular, and while I'd normally be a bit wary of such a recommendation, she was also the one that seemed the most attractive to me and so I picked her. Without getting into too many details / TMI, Anna offered an enthusiastic GFE, and the session felt basically like a Japanese porn movie. This was definitely the experience I was looking for at a soapland.

I was on my way to Minowa once when I suddenly realized I was wasting money, I was super short on cash at that time and not thinking with the right head, so in a moment of clarity I hopped off at Iriya, saw the Skytree and thought "That looks kind of close, I'll walk there." There was a comment on my profile, figured I'd answer here: the pricing listed in the OP is accurate. It's hard to gauge what people consider "easy" in terms of walking but Soapysoap66 has provided the location of Hishoshitsu above and google maps will give all the information needed. As always in Tokyo and Japan in general, better to have a smartphone and GPS if you're planning on taking the shortest route and don't want to get lost most of the time, as Tokyo/Japanese streets are often very confusing and rarely labeled well.

How much was it and was the session 2 hours / multiple pops? I was set on satin doll but after seeing one negative review, plus recent pics of karen who has been reviewed positively there before, im a bit put off. Hishoshitsu looks very promising, plus it opens earlier which is good.
Price was accurate as in OP, and multiple pops is pretty much expected.
If you were set on Satin Doll because you liked the look of the girls, go to Satin Doll. I don't think you'll be disappointed, especially if you're planning on going early anyway.

3) Scratchy stubble isn't popular with women anywhere. Grow it long enough for it to soften up, or shave clean.
4) The later you go, the longer the girl you see will have been on shift. Going earlier is generally a better idea, as they'll be less tired.

For number 1 don't worry about it. in a 2 hour session I think the 'script' would usually be blow job and CIM or switch to sex which won't last long, then bath, more blow job, Matt play with sex on Matt or back to bed, another wash, and then at least one more sex or BJ. /HJ whatever you want. Generally speaking at a good soapland you get the first shot out of the way quite fast. there is plenty of stuff on pornhub that shows the experience pretty clearly
