Is there any kind of listing that shows the theme of the soapland (school girls, maids, glamour, etc...)?

I don't think the budget soaps offer BBFS. Dolce very likely doesn't at all.
If you can read Japanese (or make liberal use of Google translate), this guy has a list of luxury soaps he has visited that he claims offers 'namanaka' which is essentially what you want, but you'll need to be Japanese to be able to request it. You can still go try your luck.

For budget soaps, a guy on TAG who was a foreigner posted a review of getting nama naka in "Pretty Girl". Dream group is also supposed to have many girls who offer it but no reports of foreigners getting it and their girls dont look like the pictures at all.
For "high end" soaps, "Make Up" is famous for offering nama naka to foreigners.
Never heard of anyone getting it at Dolce at all.
Money does go a long way i guess, but upsell in soaplands is usually not a thing. We all know whats on the menue.
Well, the reports here on Make Up aren't convincing enough that I'm willing to gamble on it...well, not so much about getting BB, but more like about getting any decent service at all.
Maybe you just have a latex allergy. You tried any polyurethane ones like the Sagami or Okamoto 0.02s? You can bring your own into the soaps. The girls usually don't mind as long as they can be assured they haven't been tampered with so best bring in a new box.
Service at the girls side seemed usually fine and professionaly experienced, the touts are just bullshitters and would hook guys up with girls who are not their type.
But they seemed to have spoken the truth when they promised guys BB.
Not really a shop thats usually recommended. Only for guys who want BB. But BB is also not recommended.

Upcoming April I will be going to Japan for a few weeks and I was looking into some information last week about the different kind of stuff you can do in Japan.
Eventually I came across something called a soap land and I decided to check it out.
I did not know that something like this actually exists and I am very interested.
However, I must say that just thinking about it makes me a bit nervous and I was unable to find any information about these things that I want to ask.
Right now I am 26 years old and I do not have any sexual experience. Could this be a problem over there?
I am practicing Japanese and I am quite confident that I will be able to say some sentences in Japanese... But not hold whole conversations.
I actually wouldn't recommend soapland as your first sexual experience. You'll pay a lot of money, but as a foreigner (and especially not being able to converse) your choices will be seriously limited. Some of the staff might speak English, but the girls don't speak English at all. They won't like you if you don't do what they say. And if they don't like you for some reason, you'll get the "cold treatment" when the girl just keeps wasting time. Even if you get to the sex part, they definitely won't help you have a good time! You can only have a good soapland visit if the girl likes you personally (at least in my experience).
The best option would be to go to Thailand first and have as much sex as possible for what amounts to pocket change. This will give you the confidence required for dealing with Japanese scene.
Failing that, try going to a "health" service first (go to this office, or ask in "free information" booth in Kabukicho).
1) you'll probably get a hotter girl than in soapland
2) you can actually get an English-speaking girl
3) no time wasted on preparations
4) sumata without condom might be more enjoyable than full sex with condom
5) you'll get some invaluable experience
That said, I had some terrible experiences with "health" salons *not* aimed at gaijins. But at least it was relatively cheap.

I guess they're considered "mid level", "for the masses" or "reasonable" or something like that.
Dream group does have some quite bad reviews on TAG because of girls not looking like their pictures (i have to warn you).
Usually nothing wrong with the service but nobody reported actually getting offered no condom. But they didn't seem to have tried asking or offering money.
But often things that are on the table for Japanese people are just not for foreigners.

I think the cheapest places go for 9.995 for 50 minutes. But then is it worth going to a place like that is not very important discussion subject as the cheapest ones are all Japanese only.
Having been to Dolce, they have the dingiest rooms of any soapland I've been in. I couldn't even lay on the mat properly because there wasn't enough space between the bath and the wall! The only reason their price is as high as it is, is the fact that the girls are decent-looking (the one I met actually looked exactly like her photo... well, after she put her make-up on).
The rooms seem to have surprising little relation to the looks of the girls and the service.
Some "budget" places have great rooms, some high end places have small rooms.
I think it depends more on location and on how much the owners care about pimping up the rooms.
