Can confirm Last Scene and Satin Doll don’t give out the 10,000 discount to foreigners based on my experience before.

Your research should be on actual reviews and not one off posts.
Look at the table of all the soaps in Yoshiwara on the first page. You'll see shops are listed as BBW. Don't go to those and you are pretty much guaranteed a young and slender girl.
Beauty is subjective.
If you can't speak Japanese your options are limited to Darling Harbor, King's Club and I think Silky Doll.

You cant choose a shop for your specific type, but you can select a girl. Now every, every shop photoshops their pictures and bullshits age and sizes, so you cant really go by that.
Select some girls based on other people's reviews.
If you go to a shop, select girls with the age of 20, not more than 21, because they will always be a few years older than their given age but 20 should mean early 20s.
For size, take a royal 10cm or so off the waist size.
Expensive shops do tend to have prettier girls but there are some duds.
