I've been there 3 times. The first 2 times were great with Ran and Rio. Ran was great, she was small but she made a great effort. Rio was perfect, but her teeth are yellow. The last one was dreadful. 玉有 = tama ari (has testicles)
竿有 = sao ari (has pole, or penis)

Conversely, 玉無 would mean no testicles, and 玉無・竿無 would mean post-op.

She will only give or receive anal not both in one session. Yes I find this weird also. Yes, she is convincing for the most part. She does look like her pictures.
