Narrative of the Encounter:
I have been to several soaplands all over Japan in Tokyo, Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Kumamoto, Sapporo, and a few shinchi areas in Osaka. I've probably done over 150 visits.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in any adult encounter in all my years of doing this. I am so blinded by rage and anger at the moment that I needed to write this review as soon as possible just so I could vent and not let it ruin the rest of my day.
Staff:
The staff tried to scam me. I counted my money last night and three more times before I entered the shop. I handed the man at the counter 60,000 yen. He took the money out of view and then showed it to me again and showed me only 50,000 yen. I explicitly said I gave you 60,000 and had counted it in front of him. He "found" the extra 10,000 it seems. A friend of mine had warned me about this because it had happened to him as well, so I knew to be aware of it. I've been to this shop before and they didn't try that on me before.
After that, I had to wait nearly an hour just for my appointment to start. Not off to a good start.
Appearance and First Impression:
She didn't look anything like her photos and not in a good way. She's had an enormous amount of photoshop done on her photo diary and she doesn't look like the cutesy type that her photos show her as. She was extremely plain looking and had no redeeming physical features. I would have to say she's one of the least attractive providers I've ever encountered. I've met quite a few chubby providers but at least they put in the effort with makeup and their appearance. Tsukushi had put absolutely no effort in her appearance and even her outfit looked disheveled. She looked absolutely dead tired, about ready to fall over from exhaustion. You always expect a level of panel magic, but that their base look would still look pretty close or even better than their photos. This wasn't the case and I thought she was an entirely different girl. She didn't even take my hand or engage in small talk, but just motioned me to follow her.
Personality and Service:
Absolutely horrible by every measure. Her personality was non-existent and even hostile. She had no desire to talk and she didn't want to engage in any foreplay or physical contact, explicitly telling me no kissing, no touching of her chest, no touching her butt, or any part of her down below. I tried to be friendly and calm, but she seemed constantly annoyed by my very presence. She was constantly getting upset over even the tiniest things and had no patience of any kind. She was sniffling and sneezing as well; she was clearly sick and exhausted. She needed to be home, not working. She seemed very desperate and irritated (more on that down below).
She even asked me how many times I expected to do the deed and said twice and even said "After two, you leave"
The service was nonexistent. She washed me and then put me in the tub. I brushed my teeth and she made the excuse that no kissing allowed because I had apparently made the bristles of the toothbrush dark instead of leaving them white (The only thing I had the entire day was barley tea). She also said I had bad breath despite the fact that I floss, use mouthwash, and brush several times a day. I even mouthwashed and brushed my teeth before meeting with her. I have never had any provider ever make any comment about it, even the ones I regularly visit who are very honest with me. She never initiated any form of contact in the tub and just sat there and refused to engage in any form of conversation.
On the bed, there was no foreplay or talking. She wouldn't let me touch her anywhere. She was also coughing and sniffling the entire time, she seemed to move very slowly and non responsive. I lay back and she gives me a weak HJ and 3 seconds of a BJ before riding me. She says she's tired after 87 seconds (yes, I counted) and tells me to change positions. I move behind and continue. I asked her to change positions and she let out an extremely annoyed comment and scoff.
I manage to finish. We wash up and then she proceeds to take her phone and ignore me to smoke and play on her phone. I try to talk to her about anything and show her photos, but she's not really interested in any form of conversation. She even then says that she wants to rest and sleep and then proceeds to ignore me for the next 15 minutes. She had requested 5 minutes, but I didn't want to push it and just kept going for 15 minutes. I also noticed that her clock was about 15 minutes faster than my phone, so she was definitely cheating me on time. Her moans were more like exhausted sighs. She couldn't even be bothered to fake it, she had just opted to be a dead fish.
I thought she might have warmed up by now, but no, she was still not wanting to do anything or talk. She even started to get hostile and angry as I try to engage in conversation. We showered and then proceeded to do round two in which she gave me the weakest HJ I've ever felt and she literally just closed her eyes and laid on the side while doing it so she could just rest a bit. I do round 2 as quickly as possible (she tells me to get off of her right after I'm done), we shower, and I say I want to leave. She gets really upset and very hostile now and I just start dressing and she starts raising her voice at me and asking why I'm upset and angry (I wasn't angry, I just didn't want to deal with her anymore). I stayed silent and just glared at her. There was a lot I wanted to say to her in Japanese, but I thought better of it since her state of mind is not well and I didn't want to push her over the edge. I didn't touch her any further and just ignored her as much as I could as I left the establishment.
As a result of my earlier encounter with the front staff (or because she hadn't bothered to tell staff that I was coming down), no one was there to greet me on the way out and I quickly walked out of that shop as fast as possible; I had had enough of that place.
From the time I started to when I left the place, only about 70 minutes had passed (and that was with her 15 minute nap). I was so enraged and furious that I left the session an hour early because I couldn't be bothered to deal with her anymore. In all my years of going to providers, I've never intentionally left one early till now. My mood was completely soured and I needed to find an outlet so as not to blow up at the next person I saw.

Nothing but extreme rage and anger at both the provider and the shop. The shop for trying to cheat me and the provider for providing the worst service I have ever felt and making me feel extremely uncomfortable.
I have had a lot of encounters that were mediocre (primarily due to lackluster looks or poor technique), the ones where I wish I hadn't spent the money, but they were still decent and tolerable because the provider usually had a good personality that at least made the encounter fun and friendly. Even my mediocre visits, they always try to be socially engaging and talkative. Good personality always beats looks.
There was literally nothing about this entire encounter that was redeeming in any way. I lost my money and I would have had a better experience with a tenga onahole. It would have had the same amount of personality and at least it wouldn't be angry at me. She was very unattractive, had no personality, was hostile, sick/exhausted, put in absolutely no effort, and actively made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. I personally feel that she just wanted to push me out as quickly as possible once she had my money. I've never had a provider shout angrily at me.
Her photo diary also comments that other customers of hers have said her service was poor, she was exhausted, and overall a disagreeable person. She even comments that she's depressed and not in a good mood. I'm not even sure if any staff are reviewing her posts because some are downright depressing. Frankly I don't think they care about her beyond the money she can bring in. She seems completely disinterested and detached and is completely burned out. In one of her posts, she depressingly comments how she worked 11 days back to back (from 9:00 to 24:00 each day).
She clearly seems to be in some situation, based on what few words I could get out of her, where she's working because she's in desperate need of money and basically just going through the motions. During the entire encounter, she never smiled or laughed once. She only looked at me with an annoyed face and borderline hostile face; she went outright hostile as I was leaving. I'm seriously debating leaving her a very negative review on City Heaven, but I'm concerned of the repercussions that might have for me on other shops.
That encounter was so sickening that I plan on going to get a STD test in a few days. I don't think that was a very safe encounter and judging by other details I noticed about her, I don't think she's safe. If you've met with her recently, I would strongly urge you to take a STD test.
She had come recommended to me by two other people whom I trust and I read the review of Tsukushi on this site before booking her. Everyone had given her a glowing review. I think her mood and personality have soured and something has happened to her recently that has made her the way she is.
Throughout the entire encounter, I never raised my voice with her and tried to remain as calm and collected as possible. I was just confused the whole time why she would treat her customers this way. I didn't argue or get hostile with her out of fear of her calling staff and then me being thrown out or worse. I was legitimately in fear of being physically assaulted by staff and I was afraid they might ban all foreigners.
As for the shop itself, with them trying to cheat me and having had a few friends tell me that the staff cheated them, I would not trust the staff at this shop to not try and take advantage of foreigners. Furthermore, the 10,000 gaijin tax is absurd and I think with the wealth of options in Tokyo, there's far better places to go than this shop and that's if my encounter had even turned out well. 5000 gaijin tax I can handle, but 10,000 is just unreasonable.
This experience was so terrible it had shaken me to my core and it took me the rest of the day just to calm myself down and relax. I've decided to take a break from providers for awhile.
If you've made it this far, you probably can guess that I do not recommend ever going to this shop or seeing this provider.
