I vote for Yoyogi Park.

If it's daytime, I'd go to someplace nicer like shinjuku gyoen, or one of the smaller traditional japanese gardens.

I vote yoyogi, too. You can reach some other parks (Shinjuku-gyoen and Komaba park) easily from there too.

I kissed many girls in Ueno park. I chose this location mainly because it's on walking distance from Uguisudani.

For reference, Yoyogi is within easy downhill strolling distance from Shibuya, just make sure you have the bearings for Dogenzaka.
