Don't know about those two, but I used this one about 2 years ago while visiting Tokyo:

The pics are obvious fakes, I recognize a couple famous J-talents in the gallery. When I called though, the operator was honest and asked me what kind of girl I wanted. I told her, and in about 30 minutes a gorgeous 22 year old Japanese girl fluent in English showed up. It was a great experience, and 30,000 yen for FS.

Not sure why they put up the fake pics, which makes me wary of using them again but it was good 2 years ago and I see they are still in business.
