What do you call the support that you provide to your SB? Allowance? Gift? Support? Donation? Are there cultural differences? For example, is there specific Japanese terminology for this? Curious.

I think donation and gift applies to escort. Allowance is the common term used by sites like Seeking Arrangement

As far as I am aware there is no specific single or generally accepted term used for the fiscal compensation in sugar arrangements. Sometimes they are described very directly/clearly as fees or payments or money, but more often some euphemism is used. Examples I've hear include "allowance", "support", "help", "consideration", "benefit", "donation" etc, and often these nouns are preceded by the adjective "sugar", e.g., "sugar allowance". Sometime just the word "sugar" by itself is used, although this can also refer to the physical sugar, not just the fiscal sugar, so to speak.
There may well be some Japanese term or terms that is/are used in enjou kosai situations, but I don't know what they are if there are any. Japanese generally makes extensive use of euphemisms, so my guess is that there are one or more.

The Japanese guys i meet often call it お小遣い (okotsukai) which means something like "pocket money".

Based on my limited kanji, which I am studying exactly right now 小 means small, i don't know what the next kanji means, japanese definitely full of euphemisms [emoji38][emoji38]

"Pocket money" suggests a small amound of money but doesn't mention a certain amound.
Plus some rich kids also get crazy high pocket money that is "small" to their parents.
I think they used お小遣い a lot when dating schoolgirls was a hype, but i'm a young adult and i also hear it from Japanese guys a lot.
I think it suggest a kind of relationship where the guy is a "papa"/"sugar daddy" so he gives the girl pocket money.
