aI live in Yokohama and pass Kawasaki on the train all the time headed North to Tokyo. I trolled the entertainment district a few times and didn't have much luck with HJ, BJ, or FS joints, but I really didn't try too hard. I found a couple of regular massage places, that's all. Any TAG peeps have the low-down on Kawasaki?
