Just in case people wondered where to get the magic stuff, I thought it would be good to share official places where people can purchase it and can avoid internet sites where one cannot be sure if it can be trusted or not.

Found this one by chance. One pill costs jpy 1,000 and you can chose between various brands. First a quick 2 minute interview with the doctor for first timers, then you get a members card and next time you just lay down the money at the reception desk to purchase the pills.

Seems foreigner friendly as well, credit cards accepted, too. You don't have to show any ID or health insurance btw.

Place is in west shinjuku.

Right. The won't ask for any ID, so you can use a fake name if you want.
 
Sorry to bump an old post.

Are they good with non-japanese speakers rather than just foreigners? Also anyone ever take half a pill before rather than the full thing (I dont have ED, just want extra performance)
 
There is another one in Shibuya. Shibuya3Clinic4men or something

I have been using it recently (25mg) and I think it gives you the mental boost.
Now I can pop 3 to 4+ times within 2 hours.
Before I would usually stop after 1 pop or maybe two pops.

I think it's all psychological. Probably don't need it but it doesn't hurt (at least for me)

I use west clinic in shinjuku. Not sure about English. It's pretty easy and no appointment necessary. Only drawback is the hours as it closes around 6 or 7 so hard to get there after work.

I usually buy the high dose pill and cut in half. I can do one pop without, but would be hard pressed to do two without a little help. Those ones that work for 3 days are great, but those morning boners can be a little painful.

I just used West Shinjuku, but for some reasons Viagra (well the non-branded version) didn't work for me. Np - still got it up - and lasted a long time.

Been using Shibuya 3Clinic. You have to fill in a form with personal data the first time, but they don’t require any ID. Then they’ll give you a client card you show next time. You have to see the doctor every time though, but it only takes a minute. Probably just to make you say for the record that everything works fine. They are friendly and know enough English to get the business done.

Just a thread bump to say this place is still there and working as described. All completely anonymous.

FWIW they do seem to be set up for dealing with English speakers.

Gotta wonder about the doc who works there. 10 years of grueling specialized training just to sit in an office all day and dole out boner pills to anonymous perverts. I hope he drives a Lambo and drinks Opus One out of a dai jokki.

Just curious, is Phizer's copyright of Viagra still valid in Japan? Because stateside it's long-since expired and the market is flooded with generics for a tenth of the price. I got a bottle of 20mg sildenafil for $2/pill through one of those online pharmacies, and if you're willing to go in-person to the supermarket pharmacy and have the pretty 25yo pharmacist assistant talk shit about you to her friends afterward, I've heard you can get it for as low as $1/pill.

The 20mg is awesome. Works like a charm without the stuffy nose and headache. My other half is an extremely horny drunk, so I keep some on hand for those nights when we've both gotten shitfaced at the craft pub and she expects a full performance once we stagger home. If I'm popping pills then that means I'm so drunk I probably can't bust a nut with a rubber on, but it makes her happy and once she's gotten off she falls asleep quickly. And then I can saunter off, pour a nightcap highball and happily beat off to some creepy German fetish porn and pass out in my office chair with my pants around ankles.

Good thing you posted this in the middle of the week. I have Thursday and Friday to recover, and hopefully I can have a somewhat depression-free weekend. I need to revisit Viagra. I stopped because of the headaches and stuffy nose. Maybe I was taking too much or maybe it was because it was because I was using low grade shit I bought at the Delhi airport. Fucking Indians. You can count on them to corrupt pretty much anything. I am gonna try some 20mg Viagra branded and see how it goes. Or not.

I agree it would be nice to find them in Tokyo. In this case I would willingly accept even the American version.

But it is repulsive and makes me wonder how old you guys are to hear you need to use Viagra to get the little man hard.

I would never resort to that kind of behaviour. Come on guys, be smart! The patent for Cialis is expired too and you can get generic versions dirt cheap in Thailand and the effect lasts for two days instead of the two hours Viagra works.

I have tried that long-term boner medicine too and have come to the conclusion that I have no need for a three day semi.

Some old-timers are prescribed the 50mg or 100mg versions, and in my opinion that's just way too fucking much of a dose and will definitely cause the side effects. Before the patents expired, a few friends of mine (who are avid fans of Columbia's top export) used to cut up a pill into quarters and use that at the casino when they were on all-night binges and wanting to celebrate with some paid company afterwards. The 20mg is just right.

I don't think age is much of a factor for me. Even when I was in college, if I got properly shitfaced, no matter how hot the girl (or porn) was I still had trouble staying rock hard. That may have something to do with the amount I drink, but you gotta die some day! Otherwise, I still have no trouble performing sober. Still wake up with a hard-on, which I try to hide from the other half as she's a fan of morning humps and then I'm too tired for my morning jog.

But I stay away from Cialis (tadalafil). I tried a generic version once, and yeah, you're getting random, raging hard-ons for the next two or three days, but that stuff also gives me wicked headaches, stomachaches and a stuffy nose for those same two to three days. But I am planning to be in Thailand next year, and I'm plenty eager to spend some cash on other things that make me hard, and then massage me with oil and put their fingers up my ass.

I only have tried the 20 mg generic version that I got from Thailand and that has worked wonderfully as advertised. Get me a naked girl in front of me and for the next two days I get an immediate and lasting boner. Besides that nothing; no side effects, no random boners.

Just checked my stash and the real Viagras I have seem to be 100 mg. I have never used a full one, just a half so 50 mg. Same with that, no side effects whatsoever. The desired effect might be a bit stronger than with tadalafil but then again that might be just my imagination. Had a friend who once took 200 mg and said that everything went blue. Then he got a hotter girlfriend and gave the pills to me. :p

Some of my friends use the pills for times when they are drinking heavily. I got my priorities straightened and will not drink more than a pint or max two when I have the chance to get my dick wet. Which is pretty much anytime, so I don't drink much nowadays. Just last week went through a three hour nomihodai and left the first beer 90% full on the table when we left. The only good thing about getting older is you have the courage to do all the stupid shit sober too.
