Will be in Tokyo for a week next month. Is there anywhere I can get a good massage with just hand relief after? I am a young Englishman that doesn't speak any Japanese. Is there anywhere in particular that would be the best option?

They do not offer incall, but you can arrange for a girl to come to your hotel or you can meet the girl and go to a love hotel. I speak zero Japanese and have had no problems making the arrangements. I recommend Manaka or Nana. With Maho a distant third place.
