And as far as fucking around with co-workers outside of the office goes, in general I think it should be avoided if possible. Obviously, shit happens, but anyone who is a serious player in his/her profession is very careful in these situations. They are careful and controlled and they understand the ramifications. I take a dim view of the idiot hard cock or bimbo who uses the workplace to find sex partners. It is likely to be detrimental in the long run and company performance will suffer because someone has to quit or there will be some kind of sexual harassment claim or it will be a subtle distraction or demotivator for other workers when it becomes common knowledge. There are plenty of places in Tokyo in the bars at the gym or wherever to find sex partners. Only the losers who have no life outside of work are the ones who end up fucking each other and causing problems for themselves, their coworkers and the company.

If someone was caught fucking around as described above at my company they would be fired on the spot and the serious employees would all applaud for a few seconds and then get back to doing serious work.
In Japan, a serious company? I doubt it. Getting fired here isn't that straightforward. Especially for what you just put as an example

I am all for people doing whatever they want in the privacy of their own homes or hotel rooms or whatever,
Not according to your other posts.

Might be an anomaly, but my organisation seems to take a positive view on workplace relationships where there is no abuse of power ... In one newsletter they had success stories of couples who had met at the workplace and stayed married 10+ years.
So I definitelyI don't think I'd get fired for a workplace relationship or even fucking a co-worker in the toilet during lunch break. Logging onto TAG on work computer though... I'm sure to get fired :( - IT policy is really the only thing they enforce and probably for good reason.

I manage the Japan branch of a global company. We are serious and I have fired people for doing stupid sexually related stuff. True you cannot fire them outright so easily, but if you have a good reason it will usually hold water with the local labor office, most of these idiots will leave quickly and without a whimper. The main thing is to show that the person in question was causing problems for other workers.

Love this one!!! But had none to vote...

Gave blowjob in a shower room to a hot gaijin trader. I had some fun with some gaijin traders, fund managers, outside the company, back then.
My good old days in my 20's to mid early 30's!!

Realisticly speaking, I got my receptionist job fired. (-_-) My most stupid experience from the past. Sorry. but not funny then, but it's a juicy topic today. Corporate HR is really watching gossips.

I better stay quiet now, as I'm in the market again!

We have married couples and live together couples too. Not a problem. It's the jerk who is fucking several coworkers either serially or simultaneously that causes problems. We don't have a policy against it. But when it causes problems we are quick to take action. It's bad for morale and bad for business.

Well just read the poll's question again , it says "non-approved behavior" so I assume it's by the company in which you work . Say if you are in a porn movie company maybe those behaviors are not only approved but expected :)

What the hell is wrong with her face?

That I haven't dropped a load or two on it yet? WALDT :)

(But most likely it's the shibuya-kei makeup...)

Well then. You've trumped me.

I have four private offices currently and in the past have had as many as five...

It is, I know, a ridiculous waste of space (ever more so since I can increasingly do what I need to do from my laptop wherever I can get online...which is nearly everywhere) and is also often inconvenient.

Actually the more offices the more work at least from my experience.

Too true! :(

Maybe you need to get a Feng Shui master in to take a look at those two.

I'd bet the master's first recommendation would be to lose the partially glass doors on those offices that let people passing by in the corridor peek in!

I don't suppose @User#8628 or @Manami TMK would be Feng Shui masters by any chance?;)
You could have a 3P consultation in each office.

I have to say I never imagined you'd be a priest.

However I find your stand confusing as wasn't it the catholic priests who had the most sex at their work place?
Remember when Clinton got caught for doing Monica Lewinski in the Oval Office? It pissed off pretty much everybody didnt it? The family values people and social conservatives and religious right went nuts. But even social liberals and the yahoos who would normally either not give a shit or want to give Bill a high five were pissed too. Why? Because he insulted the most important office in our country and every tax paying citizen along with it. Anywhere else is fine Bill, but not in the Oval! So if you don't get it, if you cant understand that the office is sacred in a sense; if you think it is ok to fuck each other on the desks and in the toilets, then you are not serious about your work. You are there for the paycheck and you got nothing better to do with yourself. Fap and fuck and suck away in Your office. Mine is sacred.

No. I was more appalled that the government wasted so much pork on oral sex.

Nobody I was ever in contact with ever really cared that it happened. "Yeah, so what?"

Shit happens.
