I found the following place on one of the pinsaro sites:

It's near my home and the girls look hot + just how I like them.
Any chance an American with JLPT-5 skills (barely conversational) could get in here?

I tried reading as much as possible but never found a clue either way.

I don't think I give off a bad vibe and/or disgusting, unkept, etc.

There's nothing explicitly stating 'no gaijins' from what I can see.

Best bet is just to try, but I think you would need to be able to understand the rules.

If they don't feel comfortable about it, the worst they could say would be no.
