Would you consider this a reasonable risk worth taking?

Would taking Prep for a month or two and then going to a BBFS soapland be something that you would consider doing? I am seriously considering it. I really want to try a true High Quality soapland experience but ofc I am afraid of HIV. Aside from HIV, there is the issue of Hep B (or C? cant remember which one doesnt have a vaccine) which is fucking scary too and herpes which is not really a health hazard but just annoying to have for life. Other things are easily curable so I don't really mind catching the clap or even syphilis its just a matter of one antibiotics ingestion.

Female to Male throught vaginal intercourse HIV transmission is really low and if I take Prep, I should be pretty safe from getting it. Still, I would like to gather some opinions.

It's not 100% guaranteed you won't catch something if she is infected. No matter what you take beforehand. The only way to win this game is not to play, so to speak.

Prep makes you feel like dogshit too, so I doubt you'd even make it to the shop if you follow your plan.

I know Hep B definitely has vaccine since I've done it a few times (initial vaccine+boosters) .

I think the bbfs thing is a risk/reward analysis. And this analysis might depend how horny you are in the heat of the moment. I'd say the risk of getting HIV is negligible, especially if you know for sure she only does bbfs with J-guys.

I reckon bbfs is not the most 'dangerous' thing people commonly do. (driving is probably more dangerous).but It's a bit like going skydiving or other extreme activity- its a very fun experience, but accept the risks and the fact that a small percentage of punters will die (or other bad stuff) as a direct result.

In other words id say go for It if you think the potential enjoyment is worth the risk. Don't think anyone can decide that for you... But i do think for HIV (the one people are most worried about) the risk is negligible.

I'd do some more research with the other stuff though, Before making a decision (like hep c).

Also heard you should pee right after as well.

Again, these are just opinions I pulled out of my arse, and I don't have the citations to back them up.

Japanese people get vaccines by birth against all types of hepatitis. (C is the curable one by the way, but the other two have preventive vaccines).

Its definitely a really really low chance to get HIV from a woman in Japan, and BBFS soaps wouldn't be a thing if it was high risk, but still not recommended of course. If you can control yourself, cap it up.

While we're on this topic...
Is BBFS really THAT much more pleasurable than covered? (never done it, so I don't know)
Guys seem to be crazy about going skinless...Maybe some subconscious biological preference for going 'natural' ?
To me, I wouldn't think BBFS is any more pleasurable than a good BBBJ/deepthroat/throatfuck...(I reckon they'd have similar sensations?).

To me, it's like day and night. Unless the girl is really really really tight and actually knows how to move (still hasn't happened to me yet), I will never be able to come with a condom on, and in most cases, I will even become soft after after a few thrusts. Without a condom on, on the opposite, I will come in like 5 thrusts haha. It's kind of a problem actually, it's either never come or come way too fast.

And BBFS compared to a BBBJ really depends on the girl's skill basically.

hmmm...interesting.
maybe this is the main reason why some soapland girls are so keen to do it ? :cautious:
Sometimes I find the 'she had the hots for me, so much so that she forgot condom' story in some of the reviews/reports here hard to believe.

Depends on the guy. Obviously there is a difference but for me that's not nearly big enough difference to even think about going skinless.

Yeah in a p4p situation I wouldnt do it. Which is good because most p4p for example soapland orvan escort for 1.5 or 2 hours is a 2-3 pop situation.

This for me is evidence of intelligent design.

spoken like a true homie :fistbump:

I've inadvertently gone skinless once (condom broke) ... I usually don't pop during intercourse ... but during this time I came despite being tired. not very good statistical data though. condoms, even the thinnest ones, limit my sensitivity.

I just want peace of mind that's why I cap it ... and I don't want to be an unlucky father if the girl is not responsible enough to have a plan B (BC pills) while in the biz

Huge difference for me. Covered... I'm not going to pop during oral... ever. Covered... I'll pop one time during a two hour session. Uncovered... I can pop multiple times. More importantly... I can recover within 10 minutes. Many times, I lose my erection while the girl covers me.

BBFS in a P4P situation is probably less risky in Japan at a reputable shop than in other countries. But I personally still wouldn't plan to do it. Kinda like driving a car without a seatbelt. Chances are good that you'll be fine but there's always the off chance that you won't be.

Good analogy; also because if you get hurt people will be like what happened, and you need to explain you were dumb enough not to wear your seat belt like any normally functioning adult would do.

Hepatitis C is rarely spread through bodily fluids (other than blood). Only 0.01% of the Japanese population has HIV anyway.

Statistics are easy to manipulate, though. Yes, from the entire Japanese population only .01% has HIV, but what's the percentage of sexually active people? what's the percentage of sex workers? Of sex workers that regularly have BBFS sex with their clients?

I'm not scare-mongering here or saying you shouldn't do it, but seeing a provider that is known for BBFS standard is really a question of transmission rate. And it's not just HIV - you also have resistant strains of bacterial infection, herpes, etc.

Just wait until a condom breaks and you'll experience the difference firsthand, haha... For me at least it's night and day.

That said if you take time to find condoms that suit you well it's definitely possible to close the gap a bit.

I'm not large by any stretch of the imagination but "normal" Japanese condoms (the ones at the conbini, etc) just aren't an option. The base is so narrow it cuts off the blood flow and no blood flow = no boner. Ive used some of the more specialized ones, though, and found them a lot better in terms of fit.

Still nowhere near as good as going without though.

HIV perhaps is one of the STD you shouldn't be more worry about. But there are other nasty STD around such as Chlamydia, Herpes, Hepatitis.....

Actually I do not know what are your real reason to consider going BBFS with a "Fuzoku" provider. Remember, if she does BBFS with you, the chances that she does the same with anyone is high. Although she might get tested regularly for STD, it will be impossible to get tested on daily bases. What I mean is that, if she is an active sex provider, she could have 1 or 2 clients in a slow day..... So at least 20 to 25 men in a month before she does the next STD test.

I strongly recommend you, to play safe. Only go BBFS with a steady partner (eg. girlfriend or fiancee).

My personal experience is that as Japanese descendant (Nikkeijin) and quite fluent in Japanese language (so I can pass as a native Japanese man), most soapland girls "assumed" that I want to do BBFS. It really shocked me that those girls wrongly believe that foreigners are the ones that have STD. When I refuse and request for a condom, some of the girls give a weird look like: "WTF???"

I have Japanese friends that travel to Southeast Asia and can't be more careless with sex protection (catch nasty stuff). They go to Thailand, Vietnam.... and come back to Japan and visit local soaplands and those girls are so naive and believe those guys are "cleaner" than foreigners.

So in conclusion, be careful man! Try to play safe!

BBFS feels better than me most likely because i havent found a condom that really fits me properly or its way too much of a PITA to find one.

And the only way to minimize risk is to just flat out not do it. You can't trust anybody in this world. I've had a couple experiences with it with partners I thought I trusted, and I still caught something (thankfully it wasn't serious, but it came with more consequences than I'd wanted). If you can't deal with the risk, don't do it. BBFS is better but there's more to FS than whether there's a cap on or not IMO. GL, stay safe.
