yaki niku in shinjuku area

I'll be visiting Tokyo next month and would like recomendations for Yakiniku restaurants in the Nishi Shinjuku or Kabukicho area, preferably charcoal grill and happy to pay fot good quality.

Okubo and Shin Okubo, near Kabukicho is Korea Town. You will find a lot of authentic Korean restaurants there.
If you're looking for less authentic (i.e. more Japanese style, then you should avoid that part of town).
