I'm a mid/late 20's guy from Europe about to move to Tokyo.
I lived in Tokyo before but that was during a study abroad period when I, to put it bluntly, wasn't as sexually open or adventurous as I am now.

I'm returning to Japan pretty much fluent in Japanese so it'll be nice to see how is now open to me. If you have any tips I'd love to hear them.

I've been working around Asia for the last few years and only recently got into the whole group scene. After my first experience I was hooked. Haven't done any P2P and not sure I want to. But I do enjoy reading the reviews and living vicariously.

Even if you're not into getting an escort or delivery health, going to an opai bar, or SM bar, or even a sensual massage is totally worth the cost, and it's not terribly expensive.

I'll definitely make sure to check out BLISS OUT during my first week there. How much would not terribly expensive usually be?
 
Well for Opai Bar Pretty Getter in Ikebukuro is ¥6000 (USD$55) for 40 minutes, and foreigner friendly.
If you want to go to an SM Bar http://fiesta.so/top.html also in Ikebukuro (I have not been but the rates seem reasonable).
Massages depend on what you choose, but $100 for an hour with a happy ending is a mid point price, many places offer the same service for $60-70

There's a Taiwanese girl near me who gives a great massage (standing on your back, with a happy ending for $100) for 30 minutes of massage.

Do you know if fiesta is friendly to foreigners who speak no Japanese? My guess is not..but please advise.
