I have been to this shop 3 times now. This shop specializes in Japkasai or Thai testicle massage.
The Staff:
There is only one woman. She is nice. She speaks Japanese. My Japanese is terrible - but she is able to understand me. Her picture is on the website linked above. I estimate she is around 60 years old.
If you only want a beautiful young woman - this isn't the shop for you. I go there for the price (most inexpensive Japkasai shop in Tokyo) and to be "touched".
The Shop:
It is an apartment type shop. There is a shower/bathtub near the entrance. Its not the cleanest I have ever seen - its not dirty...just a note for any germaphobes. The massage takes place on a futon in a curtained off area of the living room.
Massage:
She offers 3 types of massage. I always opt for the Thai Massage and Japkasai combo (30 minutes Thai and 30 minutes Japkasai). I start by taking a shower (alone).
After the shower, I head back to the massage area and lay down naked. She will ask you if you want thai massage first or Japkasai/testicle massage first. I like the Thai massage first - the thai massage is nothing to write home about.
Next she moves onto the Japkasai/testicle massage. She always stays fully clothed and I have never tried to touch her. I don't have a strong desire to touch her or see her nude. If you get an erection - she will jerk you off. The testicle massage can be a little painful - but that is expected...
The Effect of Japkasai/Thai Testicle Massage:
I started researching alternatives to Viagra and Cialis (to last longer). I came across Japkasai and found this shop. As far as the effect - the jury is still out. I think Cialis is the better option in terms of actual effect. If I am 100% honest with myself, I am just a pervert and like Japkasai.
