Hi everyone, apologies in advance if I'm being an idiot. I'm completely new to this world but the gf has been wanting to visit a happening bar for a while now. She mentioned she went to one with her ex and I believe it was bliss out hence voluptuous in the title.
I'm not 100% comfortable with the idea but am gearing myself up for exploring as I don't agree with just saying no and not trying!
I'd use the first day as a "just look" but don't do anything sort of experience. We're not looking to swing anyway, but I think just being there would be enough mental stimulation for one day for me.
Question: am I being an idiot or is this completely fine? And if fine, what does one do if they're not taking part in any fun? Is it a sit by yourself have a drink until someone comes up to you?
And various other questions because I literally have no idea what I'm walking into:
1. What's the dress code? Am I supposed to change on arrival?
2. What's the lighting like?
3. Ever had experience of weird people or encounters?
4. How much time should I plan to spend there?
5. Can we bring toys (for future reference)?
6. What's the general vibe, like how many people are there, gender split, conversations etc?
7. Would next Sunday be a good day to go for someone with 0 experience?
Appreciate that there are a lot of q's, I seriously am lost!
If relevant, we are an MF couple, both speak Japanese and she is Japanese.
