hi i'm a Thai guy who lived in Japan(Tokyo). Recently, I been trying to Nampa in many places like Shibuya, Shinjuku Hubs but it doesn't seem to be any success for me. Do you think it have to do with with anything about nationality ? If not can anyone give me some advice thank :)
