    Osaka Area Adventure Continues To Tobita Shinchi - Osaka

    Have been to Tobita Shinchi today. Just wanted to let anyone know that 100% only English (and obvious foreigner) was totally fine. Absolute greenhorn by the way (review might follow soon).
