I used to feel confident, but I recently fucked my back up and being barely able to walk more than 1km meant I've gained almost all the weight I lost over the last couple years back.
I'm healing much slower than usual too. I'm starting a new diet though, its gonna be a tough one but I have no choice to shake off these kilograms as they're contributing to a lot if issues.
Having back issues myself, I can sympathize with your struggles. You are on the right path and with a strong mindset and correct diet, you can definitely shade the weight. Also, try to focus on a lot of core exercises and strengthening once you've lost some weight and feel physically strong enough. Working on strengthening my core has helped me tremendously in decreasing my back pains and dealing with all the reoccurring issues that comes along. Good luck on your journey!!
