I used to feel confident, but I recently fucked my back up and being barely able to walk more than 1km meant I've gained almost all the weight I lost over the last couple years back.

I'm healing much slower than usual too. I'm starting a new diet though, its gonna be a tough one but I have no choice to shake off these kilograms as they're contributing to a lot if issues.

Having back issues myself, I can sympathize with your struggles. You are on the right path and with a strong mindset and correct diet, you can definitely shade the weight. Also, try to focus on a lot of core exercises and strengthening once you've lost some weight and feel physically strong enough. Working on strengthening my core has helped me tremendously in decreasing my back pains and dealing with all the reoccurring issues that comes along. Good luck on your journey!!:)

I'm pretty confident. I like who I am, and seldomly, I don't like who I am. But mostly not easy to change. I definately know who I am. I try to be best as I can. I am unique. Definately unique. But can't help it. Very creative. very positive. Being happy yourself, is the key for a happy life. I see myself, my body and I also have some part I want to improve...But I got to be careful with rich French lunch, recently..lol. when lots of sex in life, can keep the balance of kgs, but when not.... people tend to eat, I guess...it goes straight to my butt!!! lol.

Went with Quite Confident. I'm not much, but I'm ok with who I am.

Looks - Very plain vanilla. Like a donut without frosting or sprinkles.
I know I'm not much to look at which is why I'm always BEHIND the camera instead of in front of it.
(and now I want a donut...:hungry: )

Personality - I like to think I get along with most types of people. Treat other people the way you would like to be treated. Do nice things for others without expecting anything in return. Pay it forward:)

Presentation - What you see is what you get. :wacky:

+1 on strengthening your back and core ... I don't do crunches but I'm very confident of my core strength ... squats help a lot in getting your core strong ... imagine 60kg on your back ... if you have a weak core you will collapse after un-racking the weight.

I chose very confident.

Over the years, I have learned exactly what I can and can't do, and am pretty sure I made the most out of my abilities.
I think being confident also means knowing and accepting one's weaknesses.

What sort, if you don't mind my asking?

It's a pretty low calorie (for me) diet with lean proteins and lots of veg. Nothing out of the ordinary. I found it earlier but didn't take to it since the calorie and protein intake would have killed me when I was still lifting weights regularly. Now though since I cant gym anyway I gotta do what I have to.

I am not confident enough to vote here. And in top of the I am Very Confident selection you should have had I am French.

There are two positive things about getting old. And now, it's not good, generally it sucks hairy balls. But two things are good; the target age for girls is pretty much always from 18 to your age minus five. Even when now it is my age minus ten still the range of girls interesting to me is way bigger than it used to be.

The second good thing is you start to not only to know yourself, but also accept. You know you are OK in some things and that in some other things you suck. And you are like, don't worry Mike, let's do less of that and make someone else do it instead.

Speak for yourself, I've never been one for limitations, I'll happily go with a provider older than myself if she's got the enthusiasm for the job :)

True, though I meant the age range of the girls you would drool in the streets. And nowadays I don't think I could easily find a working girl older than me, and no I won't go looking places all you are now going to suggest. :p

I'm as confident as my bank account allows me to be (cause if it was my dick or my abs I would be much less confident :D)

But that's good then because there is a limit how big your dick or abs can swell but no limit in the bank account.

I had to be honest - Very Confident. But what would you expect from a guy who joined the Marines at 17 and spent years in the infantry? I have known who I am - both good and bad - for 40+ years and have no issues with it. I am much older than the average woman's target group but I know what I bring to change their expectations if they can get past a number.

i'm more on the shy side. sometimes i feel this shyness IS because of shattered confidence. maybe most shy people are shy because their confidence has been shattered at some point in their life (childhood in my case)

Good luck on your recovery... I had to get surgery 5 months after moving to Japan due to bone spur and disc damage... Great surgeon in Tokyo tho I hope you don't have to go that route. Also cycling is good to help your core strength and to lose weight., I was back on my bicycle 2 days after surgery just to keep the core strength, tho recently I've lapsed in the cycling...

Ooops... I'm confident in myself, because no one else will be confident for me. Insecurity reeks havoc on oneself.. wondering if you are good enough or fit in or some other bollocks. I like who I am and I am enjoying where I am. I don't want the 19 year olds.... to immature... MILF and GILF is where it's at baby ! ! Underserved market with loads of potential... if the false teeth come out ? Jackpot... nuttin like a gummer  That is a joke just in case you were wondering. Treat people as you want to be treated is correct and true. but my patience for stupidity is getting very thin.....

Treat people as you want to be treated is correct and true.

Totally agree... the only irony about this statement is the majority doesn't even bother considering why they're being treated in such a nice manner. the nice guy treats you nicely because just like everyone else, he too expects courtesy in return. but the receivers often mistake that treatment as something they deserve because they're a cut above the rest.

Sorry about the back man. I used to be in martial arts but broke my hand in a road accident when i was hit by a delivery motorcycle. things haven't been the same since. i resumed my classes a year later but it wasn't the same, plus i was now on a job that demanded more time and was further.

I could probably nampa a moving train.

Hey babe..hey, where you going in such a hurry? Hey babygirl, slow down...going to Tokyo me too!

I'm drunk lol.

Drunk while posting on TAG! How dare you?! :D

I voted not very.
I constantly make terrible life decisions.
Never won a game of poker
Never followed through on anything like a diet or excercise regime or anything that require concerted effort over the long term
I dont excel in any field
I lie to my friends, family and coworkers pretty much every day.
I dont really have a best friend
I hate how i look
I havent had a good night sleep since probably 1998

That was less fun than i thought it would be.

Perhaps i shouldve voted for the 'i hate myself' one.
