The one pop rule seems prevalent in Tokyo, Seoul, Thailand (for ST), Taipei, Singapore and many cities in the U.S.

What's wrong with servicing your car, or dick, in regular intervals? Nobody says you cannot get your car cleaned, waxed and generally pampered in between the regular services, right? :D

I think Japanese services like soapland or J delivery health are usually not one pop. Non Japanese Asian services in Japan more likely though.
I also think one pop is the norm in most cheap places in Europe like FKK and Windows.

Yes, Soaplands offer multiple pops (MSOG) and Deli Health mention this in connection with length of time. Still, one pop isn’t unusual.
