I don't think you read their website...:cool: there's a big advertisement as soon as you enter the site for the promotion.
The promotion package deals start at 70,000 Yen for 60min, 120min is indeed 100,000.

They are a new service, so you could easily opt for the 60min course and see how things go.

I haven't been with one of their girls yet but at the very best it would be a YMMV situation. I certainly wouldn't go in with ANY expectation that FS is available.

I doubt you get any official comment about FS due to the legal situation in Japan. There may also be a difference between one time and repeat customers (with the same girl). If FS is a main concern for you, there are other options well reviewed on this board. I guess one of the main selling points of [Redacted #67] is that at least a fare share of their ladies are also able to hold a conversation (to varying degrees) in English and at least by the pics look pretty decent. If it is only about the looks for you, the same budget will also allow you to spend similar or longer time in one of the high class soap lands, where FS should be included.
 
I confirm (based on personal experience with the service) what @meiji wrote: eg that FS is YMMV.
