How Did You End Up In Japan?

because of music...
Hah, me too. But probably in a different way. I was originally into visual kei/jrock. Not so much anymore now.

I've been into Japan since i was in my young teens and have always wanted to move to here because i don't like my homecountry much.

Pretty much living the dream now.
Good fashion, handsome boys, top class service in almost every shop.. Endless places to explore in a city like Tokyo..
And i can support my living in the most pleasurable way possible.

I feel like my life just started after moving here.

I am happy for you. I am still searching my path in Japan. I've been here for less than a year but I will probably be here for a very long period of time...

Martial arts study.

Took 2 years in HS. I really dig visual kei and thought Japan would be awesome. Got sent here for work and fell in love with the country.

oh, i used to like vk in the 90s and the reason i visited japan for the first time in 2000 was because i wanted to visit the hide museum and during that trip i came to like the country... now vk is pretty much awful and im listening to japanese rock and indies mainly, though i still like a few older vk bands... one strange thing is that there dont seem to be too many 70s rock bands here...

My sister started studying there. I might even start working there soon

I came over once on a business trip and really enjoyed it. After that when I was looking for a change of scene I thought Japan was the place to go. A coupe of years later... here I am!

Military - free 3 1/2 year stay. Could go to Tokyo for free or $120 round trip on every weekend

Came to improve my J-language after uni and have cycled through a number of other reasons to be here since. Now asking "Whyyyyyy?" THE CIRCLE OF LIFE.

By Japancupid. Won't give details, but the single profile I met was/is genuine. Although my journey to this final destination has been more enjoyable than the final destination.

My band plays 70's rock......

that is very nice... im just curious about japanese bands that started in the 70s... motoharu sano and bow wow are the only ones i/we could find... alfee, too... but japanese people got a different point of view, for them alfee isnt 70s, because the major debut was in the 80s and sano doesnt qualify for a band, because back then he didnt have an official band (like his background band now)...

I'm sorry, but I died when you classified "Bow Wow" as a Japanese band.. :ROFLMAO::p
