Pink salons are simultaneously terrible and awesome. A perfectly legal way to suddenly paw a naked woman and have your dick sucked (to completion, no less) within minutes of deciding to enter the establishment, for as low as 3000 yen.

I'd say that it clearly qualifies. It even recognizes itself as a kind of hybrid: Not really strip/peep; not really pink salon; but basically somewhere in between that can service either need (or both!). Simply put, peep/strip shows simply don't end with a hand/blowjob like at NHP.
