    Guam apparently doesn't count as US for purposes of Japan's entry ban, however you would need to get to Guam via Hawaii, involving 2 weeks quarantine, quarantine 2 weeks in Guam, then the final 2 weeks in Japan. I don't think anyone except the truly desperate would bother with the route though...

    The route I understand still works involves a total of 6 weeks of quarantines (at your own expense) to get from the US to Japan, but does have regular scheduled routes. Interestingly, neither existing visas or visa exemptions from the US seem to be suspended, so Americans that can find a route...

    Very few at this point, I'd say way less than 10% as of today. I know of one in Ikebukuro (which I've never been to) and one in Shinjuku total.

    While my workplace hasn't gone telecommute, we reduced our core hours and have up to ±2 on working hours as of 2 and a half weeks ago. I've been doing 7am-3:30pm and it's been quite pleasant.
