Even if all that happens, it will very likely still be late for the election. It's not like you hit a switch and the economy is back to normal. And it won't revive people either. Obviously I hope we will get a vaccine as soon as possible.

Lucky you. I had to return to my home country in July and since returning to Japan wasn't an option, it will probably turn into a more permanent thing:( Not that I missed the country, but you know, sometimes there are reasons that you can't/don't want to ignore, even if it means leaving Japan.

Even After X amount of years in Japan I'll never get used to____

So you have a medical degree? What qualifies you to prescribe antibiotics to yourself? Irresponsible overuse of antibiotics is what leads to multiresistant bacteria.

    A Japanese pizza mystery

I don't hate Americans, but I truly hated any American pizza I ate so far. Made Japanese pizza suddenly look like a culinary highlight. Didn't have @Sudsy 's guidance unfortunately thought.

    Quarantine Hobbies?

I came to that conclusion at about the age of 10, but it's rare to find this sort of self consciousness among the French themselves:D

Current Corona rules for tourists willing to visit?

Only 129? That still leaves a lot of countries and associated territories open to enter Japan from! Maybe it's best to travel to Japan by season q nice yacht, fishing some tuna on the go. You could spend your 14days quarantine on the ship already pre arrival;)

Current Corona rules for tourists willing to visit?

You would still need a visa to enter. Afaik any sort of VISA waivers are cancelled, so even if you were from one of those countries, which might be difficult as tourist. One viable approach to get in might be to get yourself a passport with the name Carlos Ghosn on it. You might even be allowed...

Current Corona rules for tourists willing to visit?

Cambodia banned foreigners as well. I checked like two weeks ago and there was no Asian country you can currently enter as a foreigner. Many of them had already extended the ban till end of August.

    Quarantine Hobbies?

So out of curiosity and because I'm probably too old to understand, but why would you do that? To get a specifically noisy keyboard? It seems to be more expensive and have way less functionality than a gaming keyboard.

You are confusing things. Just because he got infected, doesn't mean that he knows what he is talking about. I mean, if Covid made you smarter, we wouldn't look for a vaccine, wouldn't we?;)

I had that too the other day. Just some youngish guys rudely invading my Corona space. I just turned around and asked them kindly, if they have trouble reading the Japanese. I even went out of my way to be helpful and offered to read it out loud for them. Wasn't necessary though. Not sure why...

I have also recently read an article that there have been some early indicators identified, who will get the sever version of covid, do you can start the treatment earlier. Obviously all of this still needs to get verified, double checked etc., but obviously the routines in treating patients...

I recently read an article from Europe were they tested blood donations and about 1% had antibodies. Obviously that's not a random sample, but the rate is similarly low like the SoftBank tests. P.S. it was actually from Germany I think

That's not good news for Tokyo metro and tobu lines, also Odakyu has only half the cars equipped with air conditioning that properly exchanges air.
