    What are you guys take on how long this will last? It's going to be very interesting seeing how certain industries deal with the reduced business like travel/hotels, adult entertainment, etc. Will only get worse with our boy Abe pretending it's not an emergency

    It's even cheaper if you're a resident here. I was able to find the deal on Rakuten but the one I booked specifically required you to be a Japan resident with valid JP phone/address for an extra 10k yen off

    If anything it's one of the best times to come. I was able to book a 5 star hotel for less than half the normal price because of the overreaction

    It's probably less safe than normal hotels just because of the clientele of it. Maybe avoid certain LH's, or all together, for the time being.
