    I think it’s more because, old men = more money. The younger guys don’t have much money compared to old men. Agree that most men would be in 45-55 age range. I was easily the youngest guy whenever I went there as I was 33 or 34 back then.

    Yes. If you can’t speak Japanese, you can’t communicate with the staff and the girls. Google translate is not gonna cut it. Stick to shops that cater to foreigners who can’t speak Japanese.
