    If it's Scotch you're looking for, I highly recommend the Highlander Inn in Nakano-sakaue. Tons of rate and interesting bottles, offers half-pours, great beer on tap as well. What's on he menu is the more typical stuff, but if you tell them what you like, they'll just start pulling things out.
