We will be conducting some maintenance on TAG from 2PM on October 10, 2023 to address a number of issues that are presently outstanding.
New membership applications will be halted from 12PM and all mail handler services will be suspended from 1:45PM JST.
If staff are available, we will reopen new member access from 5PM-9PM JST.
The site will remain accessible, but any system function relying on email, including email 2FA logins, password resets, etc. will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
The expected window will run from 2PM until 4PM at the latest. Once each step of the work has been completed, services will resume and a completion notice will be issued.
You may experience some slow response times, but that should be very brief if at all.
The helpdesk will close at 12PM JST and will resume normal business at 9AM on October 11th. We will try to answer all outstanding tickets prior to the 12PM closure.
