News 12/24/2015 - Email Server Down

Email server for TAG is currently dead, so that means no outgoing messages for notifications and user registration.

I'm currently working on the issue and hope to have things cleared up soon.

Email has been partially restored - we're relying on a 3rd party service provider for the time being until the original service can be restored to be fully functional.

Bump from the past, relative again today:

- 3/23, 3/24 - Slight email outage due to queue overload. Some emails were dropped other vital ones have been delivered. Email affected would have been sent between 17:40 JST and 21:00 JST. Load spike occurred again at 2:52 AM JST, but no loss.

Future Solution:
- Enabling backup queue permanently.
