Everyone values money/time differently.....it's always nice when they coincide .

Clearly the numbers meant VERY different things to the two guys.

think of this as the 10 in the NBA Slam Dunk contest

don't give a 10 right away if you see a great dunk because there may be better dunks later

the reviewer gave an 8 because he's reserving the 9 or 10 for potential better experiences ahead

I didn't expect such a response from putting a review. From reading all the comments I feel very pressured to the point of being angry that I have to explain how I rate what I rate about the date. Isn't this forum where you can have the freedom to put a review of what you felt. If the rest of the hobbyist felt that she deserve more than what I rate, you could always have a date with her and rate it at your on discretion. I don't appreciate being reviewed in my own review on how I should rate or review. This has been a very discouraging experience for me that I feel that I should not put anymore reviews just because i might aggravate yet another similar response.

Whatever I have on @User#16452, it isn't a forum/online crush. I know her quite well in real life and have seen her more times than I could begin to count. See my review of her (linked as review #1 in the signature of all of her posts) for many details. But basically, yeah, I like her a lot.

Just to add my 2 cents worth (admittedly as a relative newbie to this particular forum but as a veteran of other adult guide forums), I think that rating systems work best on a forum where yo can see all the reviews and ratings of a particular poster and can compare them. So if see that a given escort has a bunch of 9s and 10s and all of a sudden has a 6, I can look at the reviewers other ratings and see that he never gives more than a 7. Absent that feature, it is indeed hard to interpret what ratings mean without some definition. Having said that, if this forum does continue to use ratings, I agree that scale of 1-10 is preferable to 1-5.
