Interestingly, previous reviews were quoting ¥63k for 90 mins, while I got in for ¥40k for 90 mins. There doesn't seem to be a gaijin tax, but admittedly I'm asian and speak Japanese well enough to get by reception without any glaring mistakes. That said, the topic came up with one of the girls in another time, and she didn't seem to know about it, so I'm guessing there isn't one at all here.
Additionally, in the past, it seems like first timers weren't able to choose at all nor see the cast book, but that no longer seems to be the case. Now, their entire day's cast seems to be displayed on the wall right next to the reception desk, and all the info is on their website. Pretty easy to make appointments through CityHeaven as well.
Been here many times since this first encounter, and can definitely say that the average of girls/service here is much higher than some of the other places in Shinjuku, and the lack of gaijin tax means that it usually comes out to be comparable in price to some of the lower quality places.
