Have you ever considered a soapland? That sounds like it would more or less fit the bill if you want to experience something that is very Japan-esque. I don't think any indies currently advertising here on TAG offer anal as standard.
They'll probably allow bbbj+cim (and swallow- if you're lucky).
I don't think you could go wrong with anyone from TAG (esp. ones with an established reputation) and unlike USA, they'd probably be cool with you asking specifics regarding services offered.

Can't really help you there since I've only ever experienced a dick massage from them.
