Cell/Internet Plan

What cellphone/internet provider is everybody using?

I'm currently using Assist Solutions for cell and while it's very cheap....the data speed and coverage is a little spotty. My real estate agent is also recommending Assist Solutions internet, but based on my current experience with them, I may opt for another company.

Any recommendations? Experiences?
